Next Stage Development at Moonee Valley Park

Public notification for the planning permit application associated with the next stage of development at Moonee Valley Park, comprising five new buildings and the expansion of Tote Park, is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, 16 July.

Advertising signage will be displayed on site for 14 days. Nearby residents will be notified individually via letters in accordance with standard planning procedures.
