The Valley of Tomorrow is a long-term development project initiated by the Moonee Valley Racing Club (MVRC). In late 2017, the MVRC appointed a joint venture between leading superannuation fund Hostplus and award-winning Melbourne developer Hamton to deliver the project. The investment by Hostplus in the joint venture with Hamton is managed by ISPT.

As one of the largest superannuation funds in Australia, Hostplus is the proud trustee for the retirement savings for Moonee Valley Racing Club employees and approximately 8,600 City of Moonee Valley residents.
