Icon appointed builder of Trackside House & Stonepine House

Both buildings are to be built concurrently and purchasers can look forward to Spring 2025 when they will become Moonee Valley Park’s newest residents!
We are grateful to our team, our partners and our community for their ongoing support. Together, we are working to transform the iconic Moonee Valley Racecourse into a neighbourhood within a botanical park, and the new premium neighborhood of Melbourne’s inner north.
The appointment of Icon is a significant step towards delivering on our vision for this landmark precinct.
